If you are unsure, please get in touch with us to book a free consultation with one of our staff members to determine which protocols may suit you best and how frequently you should undertake them to get the best results.

Our consultants will be able to provide you with a recovery and wellness plan that will optimise your training program and sporting schedule. They will also be able to provide a wellness plan for those who just want to feel better and live longer!

People aged 16 years and over are allowed to use the facility. 16-18-year-olds will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have written approval and consent prior to the session.

We have designed a protocol for anyone new to contrast therapy.
