TH7 Nutrition
Whether you’re gearing up for your first marathon, wanting to level up in your weekend rugby game, or looking to push your gym sessions to new heights, a personalised nutrition program can assist.
Every athlete is unique, and so are their nutritional needs. Balancing what you eat, when you eat, and ensuring you are fueling adequately can be challenging. That’s why our program will be completely personalised to you, evolving with your progress and goals and ensuring you are fuelled every step of the way.
At TH7, we focus on four key pillars of the elite athlete lifestyle:
Nutrition
Sleep
Recovery
Mindset
These are also the key considerations to take for quick recovery, so they’re essential for any sports nutrition plan.
Rehydrate: After a workout, replenish your body’s water supply to aid in digestion, absorption, and transport of nutrients
Refuel: If you’re completing a second training on the same day, replenishing glycogen stores is essential
Repair: Consuming a good source of protein around training is important to support muscle repair and recovery
Revitalise: Vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to reduce inflammation and replenish your body with essential nutrients
Our sports performance program for athletes is built on the principles of sports nutrition and includes
Learn what to eat before training to fuel your low-, moderate-, and high-intensity sessions
Understand your body’s needs during long training sessions and endurance events
Discover the best foods to eat after training to aid recovery and repair
Learn how to stay hydrated to maintain peak physical and cognitive function before, during, and after training
Initial consultation to build a personalised approach. The program will be completely personalised based on your needs. There is no set timeline, as this will depend on your training program, training phase, and any upcoming races or competitions.
Our program begins with fortnightly sessions to ensure the plan is working for you. As we progress, we’ll make tweaks and time sessions closer to race or competition day as required.
Remember, adequate fuel is essential for your sporting performance and health. Athletics has high energy demands, and it’s crucial to understand the principles of sports nutrition to support your body in training and competition.
Join us at TH7, and let’s work together to fuel your performance, energy levels and general health!

Madi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with five years of experience. She is passionate about preventative health and helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. She will guide and support you throughout your program, ensuring you feel comfortable and motivated.
During your first session, she will learn a little more about you. Together, you will set specific nutritional goals and create a timeline for achieving them. You will walk away with a clear understanding of your nutrition plan and the “why” behind it.
Your program plan will be crafted together to ensure it fits around your family, work, and overall lifestyle. You will work as a team to build small daily healthy habits that, over time, will create the type of lifestyle that brings you joy, protects your health and most importantly, lasts.
Scan the QR code to enquire, and our sports dietitian, Madi, will be in contact soon.
An initial consultation is $199, and the ongoing cost will be dependant on the ongoing plan. We can give you an expectation of this during your initial consultation.
The duration of your program will be tailored to your specific goals and clinical needs, potentially lasting from 1 to 6 months or even longer. You will establish this timeline with your dietitian, and it will be adjusted as needed along the way.
