TH7 Nutrition
Our medical system is currently reactive.
As a result, patients often only receive care and services once they are sick, not while they are still in full health. Our goal at TH7 is to actively contribute to the shift from sick care to healthcare. While a multitude of factors influence health – many of which are out of our control – we know that our everyday habits do have a big impact. So, we want to positively influence your daily habits surrounding four key pillars of your lifestyle, which are:
Nutrition
Sleep
Movement
Mindset
We want to help individuals increase the number of years spent in good health and reduce the risk of chronic disease by acting now to create a “health-protective” lifestyle.
Our personalised nutrition and lifestyle program has been designed utilising what we have learnt from the research on behaviour change, so that we can be sure the habits we implement and changes we make today will last.
“Australians are living longer, however, the proportion of life spent in good health has seen little improvement. Chronic conditions are an ongoing cause of substantial ill health, disability and premature death, making them an important global, national and individual health concern”.
While certain aspects of disease risk are out of our control, the scientific evidence shows many of these conditions can be prevented or delayed by changing our everyday habits.
The environment we live in does not necessarily support a healthy lifestyle. For many of us, our daily routine involves driving to work, sitting for the majority of the day, driving home and spending the evening on the couch. High stress levels can impact our mental health as well as our sleep patterns, and the convenience of fast food or takeaway meals outweighs the time and effort required to prepare home-cooked meals.
Our mission is to empower clients with the knowledge required to navigate these challenges and to lead the type of lifestyle that protects overall health and wellbeing.
This personalised program is not a short-term six-week challenge. There will be no restrictive fad “diets” to adhere to, but instead, clients will learn how to build small positive habits to develop a health-protecting, flexible and enjoyable lifestyle that eventually (and ideally) comes easy.
The goal is to keep the program:
Educational
Flexible
Realistic
Enjoyable
Sustainable

Disclaimer:
While we are committed to providing the best possible guidance, education and support, it’s important to remember that everyone’s journey is unique. The success of your program is largely dependent on your commitment to make changes and follow the nutrition advice provided. We are confident that with your dedication, you can maximise the benefits of your program and achieve your goals.
Madi is an accredited practising dietitian and nutritionist with over four years of experience. She is passionate about preventative health and helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. She will be your guide and support you throughout your program, ensuring you feel comfortable and motivated every step of the way.
During your first session, she will find out a little more about you. Then you’ll work together to set specific goals and create a timeline for achieving them. You will walk away with a clear understanding of your nutrition plan and the “why” behind it.
Your program plan will be crafted together to ensure it fits around your family, work, and overall lifestyle. You will work as a team to build small daily healthy habits that, over time, will create the type of lifestyle that brings you joy, protects your health and, most importantly, lasts.
We initially recommend three months, however, some clients choose to work with us for longer.
