Can I book multiple people at once?

You certainly can. Multiple people can be added to the following protocols and equipment:

If you would like to book several people at the same time:

Select the protocol or equipment you are looking to book.
Select the clinic location you are wishing to book at.
Select the number of people attending under “Booking size”. Bookable time slots will show automatically. Please be aware that prior bookings may have been made for some time slots and may not accommodate the number of people you have entered.
Find a free time and select the time slot.
Enjoy.

Couples bookings differ from multiple bookings and group bookings.

It’s my first time at TH7, where should I start?

We have designed a protocol for anyone new to contrast therapy.

Our Nordic protocol combines our custom made Traditional sauna, Contrast Therapy and Steam room. You can read more or book the Nordic protocol here. One of our staff members will guide you through the protocol and ensure you are comfortable with all the equipment involved.
