If you would like to book several people at the same time:
- Select the protocol or equipment you are looking to book.
- Select the number of people attending under “Multiple attendees”. Bookable time slots will show automatically. Please be aware that prior bookings may have been made for some time slots and may not accommodate the number of people you have entered.
- Find a free time and select the time slot.
- Enjoy.
If no time slots are available for the number of people you are trying to book, you may need to look at group bookings.
To ensure all visits to TH7 run as smoothly as possible, we require payment online when you make your booking.
Yes, you can change your booking anytime. There are two ways you can do this online:
- Log in to your account, select ‘My Bookings‘ and click ‘RESCHEDULE’ on the relevant booking
- Find your original booking email, click the reschedule link, and follow the prompts
If you cannot reschedule your booking online, please contact us, and our team can assist you over the phone or in the venue.
Yes, for bookings of five or more people, please complete the form on our Groups page and include the following details:
- Team or group name
- Number of people
- Preferred day & preferred time
- Which protocol or equipment you would like to book
Alternatively, you can contact us on 0416 566 227 during business hours to discuss your team/group booking needs.
The system will create an account for you the first time you book. Your account will then allow you to manage your bookings.
To ensure the best possible experience for all our customers, we ask that you shower, change, and exit the venue as soon as possible after your scheduled session (protocol or equipment) is complete.
We encourage you to book your visit online to ensure you can access your preferred protocol or equipment on the day and time that works best for you.
Couples bookings allow two people to share the equipment and are available on the following:

Yes, we do! Gift cards are available for purchase on the Gift Cards page. Please note that gift cards can only be applied to protocol and equipment bookings as well as add ons.
Part of the TH7 experience is meeting like-minded people like yourself in our communal areas. This makes it a fun and relaxing vibe, and it’s always easier to battle an ice bath with someone else.
We expect that all customers will be respectful of others in the shared environment, and any inappropriate, aggressive, discriminatory or sexual behaviour will not be tolerated.

All of our bathrooms and showers are also completely private.
We take hygiene very seriously here at TH7. Our clinics are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, and our staff are trained to maintain this throughout the day to ensure you are safe and happy.
In addition to our equipment’s regular daily cleaning and maintenance, TH7 is also thoroughly cleaned every night by a local professional cleaning service.
TH7 complies with the Queensland Government COVID Safe Checklist & Personal Services requirements, as updated occasionally.
We ask that guests do not attend if they are feeling unwell, have any cold or flu-like symptoms (e.g. Fever, Cough, Sore throat, Aches & pains, Sniffles), have a raised temperature, have suffered from diarrhoea in the last 48 hours, or the past two weeks has been exposed to anyone with COVID.
Yes, lockers are available for you to store your things in at all TH7 clinics.
Some TH7 clinic are accessible. please call your closest TH7 location to find out more. All of our change and toilet facilities are all gender.

Unfortunately, some of our equipment is pre-built (e.g., infrared saunas and traditional saunas) and is not wheelchair accessible.

Our consultants will be able to provide you with a recovery and wellness plan that will optimise your training program and sporting schedule. They will also be able to provide a wellness plan for those who just want to feel better and live longer!
16 & 17 year-olds are allowed to use the clinics however they will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian as well as having written approval and consent prior to any booking.
We have designed a protocol for anyone new to contrast therapy.

You can come in and just do a single ice bath or sauna. However, our research has discovered that if you combine different equipment, as seen in our protocols, you will get the best results. You can find the protocol that is right for you here.

The Normatec compression boots are popular with pregnant women as a way to relieve swelling and soreness. However, we strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor for advice as to whether these services are appropriate for you to use.
The TH7 membership has been designed to help you get the most out of our facilities through both financial savings and other exclusive benefits that come with being a part of the TH7 community.
Our membership offerings have been designed to make it affordable and flexible to suit any recovery and wellness routine. Below outlines what each membership entails and what a typical week would look like for a member.
- Reset Membership:
- 2 protocols per week
- Eg: 2 x nordic protocols per week or 1 x Refresh Protocol + 1 x Nomad Protocol
- Optimise membership:
- Unlimited protocols and equipment per week excluding Redlight + HBOT. Limit to 1 booking per day + 1 add on.
- Monday, wednesday and fridays : express protocol
- Saturday : recover protocol
- Sunday : nordic protocol
- Elevate membership:
- Unlimited protocols and equipment per week including Redlight + HBOT. Limit to 3 bookings per day.
- 3 x redlight therapy per week, 3 x hbot therapy per week, 2 x nordic protocols and 2 x express protocols + add on compression
TH7 memberships have a minimum of an 8 week lock in period. This ensures that you have enough time to build into your wellness routine and get the most out of using a TH7 facility.
Yes we have limited space available for memberships at each location. This is to ensure the customer experience maintains its premium feel and it’s never over crowded or difficult to book.
Yes, members will still have to follow equipment and protocol timings to ensure the flow and experience of other customers in our clinics remains up to our standards. Whilst walk-ins can sometimes be accommodated, we always advise booking sessions in advance so that you know your seat(s) are reserved for you. If no booking is made, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to accommodate the time you want to do your session so please book online prior to attending.
Yes – this is a global pass across all TH7 Locations
Members will be able to make bookings with guests and pay the outstanding balance, Members will not be able to book sessions on their account for others without their attendance.
Unfortunately not, our system expires the unused sessions once it is over, the memberships are in place so that you can save money by coming in more regularly.
Yes to apply for the membership offering you will need to sign up to a TH7 account via the TH7 iOS app or website
Membership payments may be paused for a maximum of 4 weeks per year. Minimum of two weeks at a time.
Yes you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Minimum upgrade period is 4 weeks. Simply email [email protected] with the option you want to do.
Please make sure if you can’t make your booking that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you have booked a session and have not showed up or let us know, then a cancellation fee of $15 may be deducted from your account.
- You are able to reschedule bookings through your account as per the cancellation policy.
- Should you need to reschedule within 6 hours of your appointment, please contact us at your booking location.
We have done all the research so you don’t have to. We recommend our time limits on certain protocols to give you the best results possible. Just like exercise, too much of a good thing, can become a bad thing. We have designed our protocols to allow you full access to your piece of equipment at that specific time.
If you are found by the team to be purposefully booking and not following our protocols, TH7 has the right to cancel your membership.
Your membership will be charged to your chosen bank account weekly. If the payment fails, we will notify you via email each day until the payment is made. If the payment remains unpaid for 3 days your membership access will be restricted until payment is received.
If you would like to bring a guest with you to your session, simply add an extra person under your own name. The remaining amount will be due prior to your booking time. You can add your guest to your booking and they can sign the waiver through the link sent to their phone number.
No, each membership account is associated with an individual person, we cannot have different people come in on the same account. If you would like a family membership we can set up all members in the family their own account that they can book in online at any time they wish. We can have the payment come out as one lump sum on the same bank account if they wish.
Complimentary guest passes can be applied to all protocols to the value of $50. This guest pass is only to be used when the guest is accompanying a member. Guest Passes do not accumulate if not utilised within the issued month.
