The system will create an account for you the first time you book. Your account will then allow you to manage your bookings.

Part of the TH7 experience is meeting like-minded people like yourself in our communal areas. This makes it a fun and relaxing vibe, and it’s always easier to battle an ice bath with someone else.

We take hygiene very seriously here at TH7. Our clinics are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, and our staff are trained to maintain this throughout the day to ensure you are safe and happy.
In addition to our equipment’s regular daily cleaning and maintenance, TH7 is also thoroughly cleaned every night by a local professional cleaning service.
TH7 complies with the Queensland Government COVID Safe Checklist & Personal Services requirements, as updated occasionally.
We ask that guests do not attend if they are feeling unwell, have any cold or flu-like symptoms (e.g. Fever, Cough, Sore throat, Aches & pains, Sniffles), have a raised temperature, have suffered from diarrhoea in the last 48 hours, or the past two weeks has been exposed to anyone with COVID.
Yes, lockers are available for you to store your things in at all TH7 clinics.
All TH7 clinics have one disabled amenity. All of our change and toilet facilities are all gender.

The Normatec compression boots are popular with pregnant women as a way to relieve swelling and soreness. However, we strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor for advice as to whether these services are appropriate for you to use.
TH7 credits are a great way to get more value out of the TH7 experience without losing the flexibility of being able to book when, what and where you want. TH7 credits also allow for a more seamless booking experience as the credits will automatically be applied to your bookings which eliminates the need to make a payment each and every time you book.
Within the booking system, credits are assigned to a client’s account and can only be used by this client. Gift cards and packages are sent to an account and are visible on that client’s profile, however they also can be shared with other clients as they have a unique code that can be applied at checkout for any client.
TH7 credits can be redeemed on any TH7 protocol or equipment booking at any one of our clinics, at any time. These credits cannot be transferred to another person and all TH7 credits don’t expire.
Credits can be purchased online via the app or web once you have signed into your account as credits are not available to users without an account. Credits can also be purchased in any one of our clinics through our staff at the front desk.
TH7 credits can be applied to bookings with guests included, however cannot be used to book sessions for others without the account owners attendance.
TH7 credits can only be applied to protocol and equipment bookings plus add-ons. Credits cannot be applied to packages as these products are already discounted. TH7 credits can also be applied to consumables if the purchase is accompanied by a booking as an add-on or the purchase is made in clinic before or after a session.
