Pro-tip: We recommend this protocol the day before your game, event, or training session. If you would like to do it on the same day, then we suggest you finish it at least 2 hours before and to limit your time in the sauna to 15 minutes. Hydration is key, and you don’t want to sweat too much before you need to perform at your best.
