Yes, we do! Gift cards are available for purchase on the Gift Cards page. Please note that gift cards can only be applied to protocol and equipment bookings as well as add ons.

We take hygiene very seriously here at TH7. Our clinics are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, and our staff are trained to maintain this throughout the day to ensure you are safe and happy.
In addition to our equipment’s regular daily cleaning and maintenance, TH7 is also thoroughly cleaned every night by a local professional cleaning service.
TH7 complies with the Queensland Government COVID Safe Checklist & Personal Services requirements, as updated occasionally.
We ask that guests do not attend if they are feeling unwell, have any cold or flu-like symptoms (e.g. Fever, Cough, Sore throat, Aches & pains, Sniffles), have a raised temperature, have suffered from diarrhoea in the last 48 hours, or the past two weeks has been exposed to anyone with COVID.
Yes, lockers are available for you to store your things in at all TH7 clinics.
All TH7 clinics have one disabled amenity. All of our change and toilet facilities are all gender.

The Normatec compression boots are popular with pregnant women as a way to relieve swelling and soreness. However, we strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor for advice as to whether these services are appropriate for you to use.
No, you can’t purchase packages with your credits or membership discount.
No, you can’t use your credits or membership discount to buy gift cards.
Membership credits can be used for add ons and consumables, however, membership discounts do not apply.
Credits are not transferable from person to person.
During the 12-week payment period you can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks, however this will extend your minimum term end date.
Our 3 membership options are a 12-week minimum contract. The amount you pay weekly for your membership is loaded onto your account as credits, and you will also be entitled to a membership discount.
There is no expiration date for credits, however, once purchased we can’t refund any amount held in credits.
Yes, you can book for you and a guest. If using credits, it will apply to both your session and the guest’s session. However, the membership discount will only apply for your session (applied automatically) and your guest will be at full price.
You can use the credits to book any equipment or protocol at any of our TH7 clinics.
If you don’t want to use your credits for your guests, they will need to create a separate booking under their name.
Memberships fees cannot be paid up front, and are paid weekly.
